Lake
Nona, Florida ’s an unexpected find – a treasured oasis
amidst 7,000 acres of lush green meadows and freshwater
lakes under a canopy of tall oaks, pines, and native
cypress trees. All set in a location only 10 minutes from
Orlando International Airport, 20 minutes from the city’s
thriving downtown and 35 minutes to the Atlantic Ocean.

Nona is a Development of Regional Impact (DRI)
containing over 7,000 acres of developable land. The
Lake Nona Land Company has been in the forefront of
implementing the Southeast Plan.
- Lake
Nona is currently in the process of developing the
NorthLake Park neighborhood, a new urbanism or
Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND) development, which
consists of single family, multi-family, retail and
office uses, as well as civic amenities. The DiVosta
Company has constructed 30 townhomes and over 30 single
family homes are currently under construction by David
Weekly Homes and Derrick Builders. This first phase of
the NorthLake Park project will contain 333 single
family and townhome units. At buildout, the NorthLake
Park neighborhoods will contain approximately 2,000
residential units.

Nona is also developing the Tournament Players
Championship at Lake Nona golf complex. The site has
been platted and environmental permits have been
obtained. This project will feature 3 championship
level golf courses, clubhouse facilities and
hotel/resort units. Lake Nona is currently working with
the City of Orlando and the Orlando/Orange County
Expressway Authority to develop an interchange on the
Central Florida Greeneway to serve this development..
