• Lake Nona is a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) containing over 7,000 acres of developable land.  The Lake Nona Land Company has been in the forefront of implementing the Southeast Plan.
• Lake Nona is currently in the process of developing the NorthLake Park neighborhood, a new urbanism or Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND) development, which consists of single family, multi-family, retail and office uses, as well as civic amenities.  The DiVosta Company has constructed 30 townhomes and over 30 single family homes are currently under construction by David Weekly Homes and Derrick Builders.  This first phase of the NorthLake Park project will contain 333 single family and townhome units.  At buildout, the NorthLake Park neighborhoods will contain approximately 2,000 residential units.
